Measure the largest area of your waist and then choose the appropriate size.

Keep in mind that there is a 6 inch adjustable area to each band. For example, a woman who measures 30″ would select a Small.

S/M: 34″ – 40″ (finished size: 41″ x 10″)
L/XL: 40″ – 46″ (finished size: 47″ x 10″)

Sizes: Women
S/M: 28″ – 34″ (finished size: 35″ x 7″)
